$3,000 / Two (2) Year Sign On Agreement SUMMARY: Work closely with following instructions of Laboratory Coordinator Director in performing diagnostic test procedures on various patient specimens following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) with careful attention to safety, quality control regulatory guidelines. Other duties include but are not limited to collection, preparation, processing of patient specimens, careful documentation of all processes, performance interpretation of quality assurance activities, maintenance of various pieces of complex diagnostic equipment other duties as necessary for the smooth operation of Laboratory Services. Participate in developing new procedures process improvements. Detect possible discrepancies in confirm abnormal test results. Work with LIS Administrator for effective, efficient data management with the Director for QA, PI, Compliance, regulatory, inspection other assigned duties.
