CRH - - Responsibilities: Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by adhering to safety policies, procedures, and using appropriate tools and equipment for each task; Follow OSHA/MSHA safety standards and promptly report concerns; Support the construction and paving crew through shoveling, raking, transporting materials with wheelbarrows, and safely assisting with truck operations; Communicate and signal equipment operators to coordinate alignment, movement, and material handling using shovels and other equipment; Carry out assignments as directed by the Foreman, meeting the specific expectations for each project or site
