CRH - - Responsibilities: Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by adhering to safety policies and using appropriate tools and equipment; Support the construction and paving crew through tasks such as shoveling, raking, transporting materials with wheelbarrows, and assisting with truck operations; Communicate and signal equipment operators to coordinate alignment, movement, and material handling; Carry out assignments as directed by the foreman, meeting project expectations; Operate small power tools when needed, including jack hammers and similar devices
