Extruder Operator Extruding rubber tube and/or extruding cover of rubber around braided hose. Braider Operator Creating braided hose from rubber tube. RMF Various operations surrounding the mixing, blending and milling of rubber used in the manufacture of hydraulic hose. Background & Skills The ideal candidate possesses these skills:High School Diploma or GED - Required. One year or more manufacturing experience preferred. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work successfully in team environment In addition to machine operations, maintains a safe, clean and orderly work environment through effective housekeeping, 5 S and TPM practices. Job performance measures include safety, quality, inventory, on time delivery and productivity.
