Responsible and accountable for creating and maintaining a safe and effective environment for Baxter Health s employees, patients, and visitors. BAXTER HEALTH COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES Understands and adheres to Baxter Health standards as they appear in Healthstream Policy Manager. Required to work with the Director of Security regularly to carryout, initiate and/or implement best practices for the Baxter Health Security Department. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: High School diploma or equivalent Experience: Previous Security Officer or law enforcement experience preferred. Commissioning: Must be able to pass an extensive background check and certify through the Arkansas State Police and Security Training Officer (Director of Security) as an Armed Private Security Officer within two weeks from date of hire. License: Must have a valid AR driver s license. Will be subject to Arkansas motor vehicle check and must be accepted by hospital insurance carrier.
