Position Description

The position will be located in Little Rock, AR.

Job Purpose and Scope

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support Dillard's corporate operations. This role works closely with hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with business needs. The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a key role in building a strong employer brand, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Essential Job Functions

  1. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  2. Source, screen, and interview candidates for corporate and retail positions.
  3. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job postings, resume review, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  4. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and recruiting events, to attract top talent.
  5. Maintain an active pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  6. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by maintaining timely communication and providing a seamless interview experience.
  7. Cultivate a recruiting strategy for Dillard's corporate office, including campus recruiting efforts.
  8. Represent Dillard's at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the company as an employer of choice.
  9. Track and report key recruiting metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
  10. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
  11. Keep up-to-date with federal, state, and local employment laws to ensure company compliance.
  12. Understand existing processes to recommend updates and strategies to enhance the employee experience.
  13. Serve as backup for employee onboarding and offboarding.
  14. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding benefits, payroll, and employee matters.

Position Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
