This unique position focuses on collaborating with various teams to support our mission of promoting energy efficiency and renewable energy within the community. The role will involve executing specific tasks designed to test and validate our operational processes.

This individual will work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and successful delivery of project goals.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in the execution of pre-defined test objectives, gathering data and feedback.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

• Document test results and provide clear reports on findings and recommendations.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

• Support the organization in achieving operational excellence through targeted test initiatives.

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.

• Previous experience in an administrative or support role is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
